eZaro to OEM Resonate Technology for Global High Availability

SUNNYVALE, CALIF., USA, and PETACH-TIKVA, ISRAEL, Sep. 12, 2001 — Resonate Inc. (NASDAQ: RSNT), the leading provider of active service level management solutions for e-business applications, today announced an OEM agreement with eZaro, Inc., developers of innovative technology that optimizes the existing network infrastructure of enterprises and service providers, without the need to spend on extra hardware. eZaro will OEM Resonate Global Dispatch™ agents to deliver global high availability to its customers.

Using its software-based content delivery technology, eZaro's solutions enable infrastructure providers, Internet providers, data centers and enterprises to offer premium services to web site owners and content providers. eZaro will now be able to ensure the uptime of geographically dispersed e-business applications with Resonate Global Dispatch agent software. Resonate Global Dispatch agents monitor and control e-business traffic across a WAN. Using information collected from Global Dispatch agents, eZaro enables multiple, dispersed points of presence (POPs) to act as a single, highly available system.
