RESONATE CENTRAL DISPATCH 2.X PRODUCT PHASE-OUT

Dear Resonate Customer,

As Internet applications and infrastructure technologies have evolved, Resonate solutions have also evolved, ensuring that our customers can keep pace with fast-changing e-business reliability and performance requirements. To accomplish this, we continually enhance our Resonate solutions with additional capabilities and architecture improvements that focus on maximizing service levels of business-critical applications. We therefore encourage our customers to maintain their Resonate software at current release levels. By taking advantage of Resonate's new functionality and technology, customers can increase the value of their business-critical applications.

At this time, we are announcing that Resonate will be phasing out technical support for Resonate Central Dispatch version 2.x.

The last date to receive assistance from Resonate technical support for Central Dispatch version 2.x will be March 1, 2002. We believe this advance notice provides ample time to plan for necessary upgrades.

What if I do not Upgrade by March 1, 2002?

To continue receiving Resonate technical support for Central Dispatch version 2.x after March 1, 2002, you must purchase Extended Support by that date. Extended Support is available for a separate charge additional to your existing support and maintenance plan.
