RESONATE ENTERPRISE SERVICES CONSOLE PRODUCT PHASE-OUT

Dear Resonate Customer,

As Internet applications and infrastructure technologies have evolved, Resonate solutions have also evolved, ensuring that our customers can keep pace with fast-changing e-business reliability and performance requirements. To accomplish this, we continually enhance our Resonate solutions with additional capabilities and architecture improvements that focus on optimizing end-user service levels of business-critical applications. We therefore encourage our customers to maintain their Resonate software at current release levels. By taking advantage of Resonate's new functionality and technology, customers can increase the value of their business-critical applications.

At this time, we are announcing that Resonate will be phasing out technical support for Resonate Enterprise Services Console (all versions).

The last date to receive assistance from Resonate technical support for Enterprise Services Console will be December 31, 2002. We believe this advance notice provides ample time to plan for necessary upgrades.

What if I am Unable to Upgrade to Resonate Commander™ by December 31, 2002?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to extend technical support for Enterprise Services Console beyond December 31, 2002. We encourage your organization to work closely with your local Resonate Sales Representative to ensure continued support.
